The same Peter Misek who earlier wrote to investors about the rumored iTV also says there will be at least one exciting new feature in Apple’s next iPhone and iPad – the display.
The analyst, working with Jeffries, reportedly learned of a partnership between Sharp and Apple that resulted in modified IGZO — or indium, gallium, zinc — technology to reach 330 dots-per-inch screen resolution. The current Retina display in Apple’s iPhone 4 and iPhone 4S does 326 dpi/ppi (also designated ‘pixels-per-inch’).

According to the Daily Mail report citing Apple sources, Steve Jobs has left a valuable legacy behind him – blueprints for new products that should ensure Apple continues to amaze four years from now, even without its iconic chief at the helm.
Carl Howe, director of Yankee Group’s Consumer Research group, said he’s not surprised at all by Jobs’ approach.

a unit – 1-2 weeks.
Cupertino apparently didn’t anticipate that its iPhone 4S, an incremental update of the iPhone 4 launched in mid-2010, would be so welcomed by the Apple user-base, and smartphone fans worldwide.
